John is the broker and owner of Crystal Bay Realty. Founded in 1997, he has continued to grow the business and made it one of the top real estate firms in Northern Nevada. During his 20+ year career, John has assisted his real estate group in thousands of successful transactions throughout Lake Tahoe and Reno areas. Being a local business owner, he understands the passion and dedication it takes to be a continued success. He brings those qualities into every real estate transaction so his clients are assured a first class experience all around. John is a native of Tahoe City and is proud to call the Lake Tahoe area home. John currently lives in Crystal Bay with his wife Marina and their three children, JP, Eva, and James.
Janeen Wilson has been a consistent top producer for over 20 years. She has built her successful career handling luxury properties throughout Northern Nevada. Her main focus has been as a “trust sale” specialist and has worked with the premiere names in the business such as: First Republic, Wells Fargo, Union Bank and Northern Trust. Her wealth of knowledge, experience in handling hundreds of transactions and negotiating skill has proven to be assets to her client’s bottom line. Janeen resides in Incline Village with her husband and three children. She is active in her children’s school board and has served on several committees. She is a consistent recipient of Top Producer Award at Crystal Bay Realty.
